We are a small business and are so grateful for your support! We will do our best to get your order processed within 3 business days, but sometimes it might take us a little bit longer. Please note that items that are made to order, as well as custom orders will take longer to process & receive. We appreciate your patience. 

Most orders will ship via USPS and will typically arrive within 5 days after shipment; some larger items will ship via UPS and will typically arrive within that same time period. Your order will be thoughtfully packaged and inspected before it gets shipped off to you, but damages may occur during shipping. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue. We kindly ask that you please notify us of any damages within 24 hours of receipt of package. All packages are insured upon shipping, so you may be instructed to file a claim with the carrier.  

Currently, we offer flat rate shipping of $9.00 {some larger and/or more fragile items may have an additional shipping fee; if so, it will be noted in the listing}. Orders over $200 will receive free shipping {Collector's Club members only; this does not apply to some special order items such as furniture & other large items}. At this time, we are unable to ship outside of the USA. If you live outside the contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, etc.), please reach out by email at bonjour@graygableshome.com prior to purchase in order to receive a shipping quote. 

FOR LOCALS: We offer free local pick up. If you are local (Iredell County, NC) and would prefer to pickup your order, please select "local pick up" at checkout and we will email you to schedule a pick up time when your order is processed.
